Summary of study: The Global Warming
(The Damages, the mechanisms of confrontation and Control)
The phenomenon of global warming threatens the planet and humankind with the continuation of gas emissions at the present scales to the earth atmosphere. The international efforts with the frame of treaties and conventions to lower the emissions are insufficient to reduce the environmental degradation and to slow down the climatic changes that caused the imbalance of energy, radioactive contamination of the earth and melting ice poles and the rise of the water level of the surface of the sea and the imbalance of saline intrusion and axial rotation of the water current and the patterns of wind with the seasonal trends.
The negative human activities and attitudes toward the nature and use of fossil fuel and the deforestation are, the main reasons for the increase of emissions of greenhouse gases - especially carbon dioxide - which requires to be reduced to prevent global warming.
The aim of geological engineering of climate is to restore energy balance of the Earth's radiation via injection of sulphur particles into the upper layer of the earth atmosphere to disperse the solar radiation or to use the technique of solar radiation setting up barriers in outer space or eject flying special robots in the space to reverse the solar radiation toward the outer space.
The modern sciences have succeeded in inventing effective methods to reduce the rates of carbon dioxide gas by absorbing it from the atmosphere or isolating it within the chimneys during the burning in preparation to store it within the geological structures beneath the ground or beaches or in the deep oceans with condition that the impermeable free of the splits and cracks and fissures in order to avoid permeation toward the surface of the earth. In addition to that, there is development of methods for the amendment and relative control the of the weather and the climate conditions, for example, which cloud produce natural clouds to increase the quantities of rain water or creating artificial rain to combat drought and water scarcity and increase agricultural areas to produce more food.
The use of a chemical gas (Trail) fugitive system in a peaceful way to correct the mistakes of the nature or restoring the balance of the climate change to reduce the global warming, is extremely important, but when used in a non-peaceful way to control the global climate and create disasters such as floods, earthquakes and to dry up clouds to cause harms to other States is regarded hostile act that contradicts the international law.

chapter 1 (global warming and geological engineering of the climate)which has been discussed in two axes: The first axis is the phenomenon of global warming energy balance radioactivity includes two items the phenomenon of global warming (causes and consequences), energy balance of radioactivity in the earth. The second axis of geological engineering of the atmosphere (uses, technologies, their objectives) includes three items: What geological engineering of climate and objectives, the most important engineering techniques and special geological climate, organizational and legal mechanism for the uses of geological engineering of climate.
Chapter II (carbon sequestration and geological storage configurations) discussed in two axes: The first axis carbon dioxide gas segregation, aggregation, storage) includes two items: isolate carbon dioxide gas from the air to be stored in the soil and the isolation of carbon dioxide gas and stored at the beaches to the depths of the sea. The second axis specifications of the storage configurations and geological leakage trails include two items: the specifications of the configurations geologic storage of carbon dioxide gas, and routes in a gas leakage of carbon dioxide storage configurations Geological Survey.
Chapter III (artificial rain and the weather adjustment), discussed in three axis: The first axis cloud types and methods of artificial rain, includes three items: mechanism of creating natural and artificial clouds, general classification of the clouds and their types, the mechanism of artificial rains and their stimulating factors and conditions and how to germinate and bear fruit. The second axis is about types of fog ways to modify the weather includes three items: Types of fog (its causes, harm, dispelling), and the available methods and mechanisms to modify the weather, and adjust the climate benefiting from the modern techniques. The third axis is about the gas uses chemical (trail) gas and fugitive system includes two items: What chemical gas (Trail) and fugitive system(Auroral Activity frequency high -Haarp-), what ionosphere and fugitive system (Haarp) and its objectives.
